49 days and counting...

49 days until graduation.

most days I feel as if it couldn't take any longer and then other days I think to myself, how did it get here so fast? I am most excited about the journey that God has planned for me in this next phase of life, yet I am saddened when I think of the

lives of my friends going on without me.

I think it is most fitting for my first post to be about the people that I have shared the last 4 years with. These people have encouraged me,

loved me, and changed me.

Jenny Christine Anderson is caring, intelligent, and beautiful.

She is the person that I have laughed with most,

cried with most, and learned with the most.

Thankfully, she is going to Baylor in the fall

so our goodbye doesn't start here.

Shana Coias Rubin is hard headed, stubborn,

and ridiculously fun and beautiful.

Her ability to laugh and to seize each day has

been most definitely a gift to me this year.

Erica Beth Eden is the the friend with

all of the talent. If she puts her mind

to something, she can do it- and she can

do it well. She is bound to do great things.

Kelsey Nicole Barton is strong, independent,

and completely hilarious. She is quiet

natured- until you get to know her. Her easy

going personality and kind heart are only

two of the things that make me adore her.

Samantha Nicolas Karam is witty, stunning, and the

epitome of humble. Her gentle demeanor is one

to admire and she is always willing to help. I

have SO enjoyed having her to join this circle of friends

this year.

SO many other people have helped shape me into who I am today and who

I am continuing to become. That being said, make sure to keep

checking back in, to learn more about ALL the incredible people

in my life.

But for now, for today, I thank these five girls who have meant so much

to me over the last four years.

I can hardly wait to walk the stage with you.
